Compressed Air Breathing Apparatus

Air Supply Cylinder: Seamless, high tensile steel cylinder manufactured to Home Office approved specification.

Cylinder Valve: manufactured to BS/IS specification with a high tensile brass body, stainless steel seating and moulded rubber hand wheel

Pressure Reducer: All brass construction utilising simple and well proven piston principle of operation and incorporating air filter and overload protection.

Air Hoses: Both high and low pressure hoses are PTFE line with stainless steel outer braiding and end fittings. Each hose is tested at more than twice its maximum working pressure

Demand Valve: The demand valve operated in accordance with the wearer's inhalation and supplies air to the wearer's requirements. Exhalation is achieved through a separate valve and when this takes place the demand valve automatically close

Face Mask: Moulded rubber full face mask as reflex edges for prefect face seal having speech diaphragm & unidirectional exhalation valve quick release buckles for head harness provided.

Pressure Gauge: Attached to shoulder strap with a swivel connection to the high pressure hose to indicate cylinder pressure

Alarm Whistle: Attached to shoulder strap with a swivel connection to the high pressure hose to give audible alarm giving enough time to the user to reach safe place to change over of cylinder.

Back Plate Assembly: Sturdy, contoured light weight back plate with stainless steel band with quick release system for holding the cylinder

Harness Assembly: Made from fine quality nylon webbing are adjustable type with quick release buckles

Maintenance and Operation Manual will be furnished with each set
